Together with a team that has decades of experience identifying potential business opportunities for growth, Sarath seeks to identify potential investments in the healthcare/life science services industry, with the aim of taking a full ownership stake and maintaining an operational role in all operating companies.

Sarath earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, an MS in Bioengineering from University of Toledo and graduated from Osmania University with a BS in Biomedical Engineering. Prior to founding Biolyze, Sarath served as the Director for Testing, Research and Services at RIHOF. During that time, the company grew with increasing profitability and maintained its status as a premier partner in medical device development for major orthopaedic companies in the New England area. Sarath is also a graduate of the Emerging leaders program 2018, offered by US Small business administration (SBA) of Rhode Island.
